Running is a physical activity or method of earthly means of movement which allows humans and other animals to move hastily on their limbs or foot. Running is one type of pace distinguish by an airborne period of time, whereby during that time in which all limbs are above the ground, despite of some there are exceptions which move in a contrary way. This is in distinction to another means of locomotion that is walking,, whereby one of the legs is always in contact with the ground, as the animal move the legs are kept mostly straight and parallel to each other.
The term running still does include other activities like jogging sprinting that still can make an animal to move to a different position by the whole body. Having in mind that running provokes the body to burn a lot of fats in the body and hence end up maintaining the body shape and size. Still there is a controversy that running might not always lead to someone losing fats by burning them for other metabolism, but in some individuals fats does not burn on running.
Though one might find doing all his daily exercise but still the diet of one intake still communicates about the reason why one might not burn fats in the body despite of running. The other reason as to why running exercise will still increase your fatness or does not burn fats in the body is because they causes gaining of muscle mass, since the body respond to by undergoing diverse physiological changes one of it being formation of muscle mass this mostly occurs in the legs region that are mostly used. And since muscle mass are denser than fat muscle, this means muscle mass takes up more space in the body than fat mass. This shows us that running might not usually burn fats in the body but instead make the body bigger and fatter, and running practice will have brought more harm than good.
Still the high calories diet make you and increase the amount in of fats in the body, this are the hidden calories, despite of being very consistent in running practice. Take for instance one run for twenty miles and burn 1600 calories but after the practice the person consumes food with 1800 calories, so distance of how long one will run also matter in the burning of the fats in the body,
Poor programming of the practice, take for instance someone from a long distance run, upon getting home, decides to rest after a shower for they are exhausted, not knowing that our bodies need food to replace the lost energy, but as the longer we wait to compensate what have been lost, more sweeter and food that are fatty is what we end up taking because the body needs to refuel as soon as possible since these fatty and sugar foods are easily absorbed, and this makes one judge that running does not burn fats in the body.
