The Process To Changing Any Habit

Change is considered as a process rather than an event. From a habit oriented perspective, it is important to note that organizational change does not necessarily constitute an instantaneous endeavor. Changes in nature occur as a process and for one to understand change, it is important to break the latter into some distinct and easy to manipulate elements that may include; current, transition and future aspects. The current state of events involves the current habit and what it constitutes altogether, from which the latter may constitute technologies, tools, behaviors, processes and organizational structures inclusive of what the habit constitutes altogether. One needs to understand the current habit, how the habit is evaluated and measured altogether. The transition state involves a transitional endeavor that may be quite unpredictable and may constitute flux and some of the aspects associated with emotions, anxiety, despair, relief and fear altogether. Some of the aspects assisted with the transitional stage may hinder the initial habit as one orients into a new habit that definitely constitutes new behaviors and perspectives an aspect that leave the transitional state quit unique with reference to the current state and the future state.

At an individual level, one needs to embrace the change that the consequent habit brings about to the person altogether. From this perspective some of the aspects that are associated with the process of change include awareness, desire, knowledge and ability. Behavior involves the range of mannerisms or actions that are made by individuals with reference to themselves and their environment an aspect that includes other individuals, organisms or systems and their environment at large. The habits endorsed are related to the responses involved with the organism, system, inputs, stimuli, external, internal, subconscious, conscious, covert, overt, involuntary and voluntary aspects altogether.

Habits and behaviors constitute social changes that involve alterations in the social order of any society from which the latter constitutes social relations, social behaviors, social institutions and nature altogether. Social nature involves social-cultural evolution and progress from which the philosophical notion of the society at large may move towards evolutionary and dialectical means altogether. The latter may refer to paradigmatic changes that comprise socioeconomic structures. Social economic structures are interrelated with reference to evolutionary and dialectical mechanisms. Apparently, change can be described as a difference in the state of affairs at some different points in time altogether.

A habit is a regular or routine behavior that tends to be repeated and occurs in an unconscious endeavor. A habit involves a fixed mechanism that depicts a fixed way of willing, thinking or feeling acquired with reference to repetition and experience. Habitual behavior is often associated with routine tasks and self analysis. These aspects depict that habits might be involving and determinant of the behavior characteristics and personalities that people embrace altogether. In the event of changing a habit, one has to involve a transition that may involve incorporating change with the ultimate development of a new habit, behavior and personality altogether.

Habits are influenced by how persons interact with their environment in that human beings are social beings and refer to their environment for their behaviors in most cases. The environment provides the aspects that constitute aspects that may lead to changes in behaviors and habits altogether. Apparently, some habits that have been practiced over long periods of time might appear quite intrinsic and may not be changed quite easily without involved participation and consideration to some of the factors that influence change altogether. In conclusion, the process of change can be described as involving and is associated with behavior and characters practiced by people altogether.
