One more thing that may get to you as a six month pregnant is diarrhea, do not panic because this diarrhea will last only for less than seventy two hours. One trickier thing that could strike you is freckles and moles; you may see dark brown marks down your belly. As your hormones get back to work, you will see that on your skin, but do not worry; these marks will completely fade away few months after you born your sweet baby.
Food and exercise:
As we mentioned before, being a six month pregnant will certainly affect your appetite for food, consequently it will affect your weight. As a six month pregnant you should expect gaining fourteen to sixteen pounds and that is good for your baby. But if you gained more than that, then it will be a problem. You may need to reconsider your diet and switch to healthy homemade food.
You may also take in your consideration those workouts for pregnancy, it will not only help you lose those extra pounds, but will also help you relax your body and stay active.
