Hello there future mom, we have heard that you are now at your sixth stage, and we just wanted to check how you are doing so far. From our point of view we think that you are doing pretty well, because reaching your sixth month of pregnancy safely and steadily means that you are a great and cautious Mom, it also means that there are only three months left, are you excited for your new born? You see, we have called your sixth month of pregnancy as your “sixth stage”, yes stage; because every month of pregnancy is a new stage of your life and your baby’s as well. At each and every stage you feel different, your appetite for food changes, you may like and hate oranges at the same hour, your body changes, and you may even get moody at most of the time. However, all these factors are totally forgotten when it comes to one and only one thing, that thing is the little beautiful creature growing in your tummy. When you feel a move or when you see his photo for your first ultrasound scan, you get excited enough to forget all your suffering, and to work harder to guarantee a safe delivery for your baby.

But as we all know, it is the anxiety that made any excitement fades away. However you have the complete right to be anxious, but we are here to help. As a six month pregnant, you should know that you baby’s size at the six month will be doubled, so you should expect more pounds added to your body. Your baby now is complete but still small and has a room inside your tommy, so with this room hey may move a lot and may even respond to your calming voice. Even if you are rubbing your belly, you may get a wonderful and unexpected response for doing so.

Your Body will certainly change:

As a six month pregnant, you should expect a lot of weird changes that will happen to your body, you may now experience a difficulty in sleeping because of your growing tummy, so as an escape of that you may try those home remedies for a better sleep. Hot milk for example, will relax your muscles and help you sleep better.

One more thing that may get to you as a six month pregnant is diarrhea, do not panic because this diarrhea will last only for less than seventy two hours. With my all respect, all your efforts to stop diarrhea will go down the drain. However, you can try to safe guard yourself from diarrhea by eating only clean and homemade food and by keeping yourself clean.

One trickier thing that could strike you is freckles and moles; you may see dark brown marks down your belly. As your hormones get back to work, you will see that on your skin, but do not worry; these marks will completely fade away few months after you born your sweet baby.

 Food and exercise:

As we mentioned before, being a six month pregnant will certainly affect your appetite for food, consequently it will affect your weight. As a six month pregnant you should expect gaining fourteen to sixteen pounds and that is good for your baby. But if you gained more than that, then it will be a problem. You may need to reconsider your diet and switch to healthy homemade food.

You may also take in your consideration those workouts for pregnancy, it will not only help you lose those extra pounds, but will also help you relax your body and stay active.
