HOWTO MAKE IT

Cook pasta to maker instructions in a large pot of the salted water. Now Drain then cool under the running water and toss it through a couple of the tablespoons of the olive oil to keep the pasta from sticking together. In same large pot heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over the medium heat, then gently fry the onions for the couple of minutes before adding pancetta (bacon) and the garlic and turning up heat.
