America Ferrera is an American actress. She is well known for her leading role as Betty Suarez on the ABC television comedy-drama series Ugly Betty. She is a famous producer as well. She was born on 18 April, 1984 in Los Angeles, California, United States. She got many awards for his amazing acting in many TV serials and films.

In an interview America Ferrera described herself by saying that she is  a regular-size person. She is a size 6 or 8, which is totally normal. She also told that sometimes she gets worried more about losing weight than gaining weight, because this is how people know and accept her. Unlike many other Hollywood actresses she is very confident with the body and looks she have. She does not think much about her weight loss. She does not consider her weight a problem. That what most people like about her. She likes her natural appearance of body.

America Ferrera told that her unhappiness with her physical appearance took a toll on her life though previously she was much satisfied with her appearance. She started hating photo shoots and having being to red carpet.

Ferrera says that “How much time have I wasted on diets and what I look like? Take your time and talent and figure out what you have to contribute to the world and get over what the hell your butt looks like in those jeans!”

In addition she says that feel comfortable with what you are and what you look like.

She also said that if you feel comfortable with your skin and body, then you can fix all of your problems and can love yourself more. She also said that it is not the perfect body and figure that will fix all your problems that you face, but it’s your comfort level that will solve many problems of yours. Furthermore she added, when we feel comfortable with our body, whether it is fat or slim and smart then we can eradicate many issues in our life. Due to her this mind set she feels so confident and comfortable with her body and gets normal food and does regular body exercises not tough workouts. She just wants to lead the healthy life and run her daily life with more energy level that’s what she gives much importance t

She always looks perfect. The Ugly Betty actress America Ferrera looked super glam while she stepped out for the premiere of her new film, Cesar Chavez, at TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California on 20 March.

She told that she did not do anything or get training for weight loss. Weight loss came natural to her and she did not focus on that.
